Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 12 July 2026
Introduction
Fly Fairly PTE. LTD. ("Laters," "laters.com," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 105 Cecil Street, #18-18, The Octagon, Singapore 069534, is dedicated to safeguarding your personal data. Laters was previously known as Fly Fairly, and flyfairly.com now redirects to laters.com. We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and other applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding this data. This policy applies to all personal data collected and used by laters.com.
Data We Collect and How We Use It
Laters.com collects personal data directly from you to provide the services and products you request. We also receive personal data from other sources: from the Booking Contact where a booking is made on your behalf (see Data About Other Travellers below); from our airline and travel suppliers and ticketing systems; from our payment service providers and fraud prevention and risk screening providers; from advertising, analytics, and social media partners; and from publicly available sources where permitted by law.
This includes:
  • Identifying Information: Name, surname, date of birth, passport details.
  • Contact Information: Email address, telephone number.
  • Payment Information: Payments are collected and processed by our third-party payment service providers, including card processors, digital wallets, and Buy Now Pay Later providers. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited payment details from these providers, such as the payment method and card type, the last four digits of the card number, the billing name and address, and the transaction status.
  • Travel Information: Special assistance needs, dietary requirements, booking changes, and sensitive information like medical conditions.
  • Communication Data: Emails, recorded calls, messages on online services, social media posts, feedback reviews.
We use this data for:
  • Processing your travel bookings and managing your account.
  • Communicating with you about your bookings and travel inquiries.
  • Providing travel confirmations and updates.
  • Enhancing and personalizing your customer experience.
  • Ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements, including sharing necessary information with airport security and border control.
Data About Other Travellers
If you make a booking that includes other travellers, you must have their authority to provide their personal data to us. By providing personal data about any other person, you represent that you are authorised to provide it and that you have informed them of this Privacy Policy, and, in the case of a passenger under 18, that you have the authority of the child's parent or legal guardian. Where we hold contact details for other travellers, we may send them essential communications about their booking.
Legal Basis for Processing
We collect and process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
  • Performance of a Contract: To fulfill our obligations when you make a booking with us.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with legal requirements, such as immigration and customs regulations.
  • Legitimate Interests: For improving our services, fraud prevention, and ensuring security.
  • Consent: For marketing communications and processing sensitive personal data (e.g., medical conditions) when you have given explicit consent.
Fraud Prevention and Automated Screening
We use automated systems, including third-party fraud and risk screening providers, to help detect and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity and to keep our platform and customers secure. These systems may inform and contribute to decisions about a booking or account, but decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you, such as the cancellation of a booking for suspected fraud, include human review before they are made. Where required by applicable law, you may contest such a decision and request manual review by contacting privacy@laters.com. We may retain limited information on an internal fraud prevention list, as described in our Terms and Conditions, on the basis of our legitimate interests in preventing fraud and defending legal claims.
Sensitive Personal Data
When we collect sensitive personal data, such as medical conditions requiring special assistance, we do so only with your explicit consent and solely for the purpose of facilitating your travel needs.
If you voluntarily provide sensitive personal data, for example details of a medical condition when requesting special assistance, we will treat this as your explicit consent to process that data for the purpose of your request. Please do not send us sensitive personal data that we have not requested and that is not needed for your booking. A service preference, such as a request for a particular meal type, is processed only as a service preference and is not used to infer or record any belief, religion, or health condition.
Children's Privacy
Our services allow for the booking of tickets for minors and infants when made by an adult over the age of 18. However, our website and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 18 without parental consent.
When booking tickets for minors or infants, we collect only the necessary information required for travel arrangements, and this information must be provided by an adult over 18 years of age. This adult is responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide this information on behalf of the minor or infant.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data directly from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will promptly delete it. If you believe that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at privacy@laters.com.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our website, keep it secure, understand how it is used, and market our services. Where required by applicable law, we obtain your consent to non-essential cookies through a cookie consent banner before placing them, and you can change your choices at any time through the banner settings. In other locations, we rely on the lawful bases described in this policy, and you can manage cookies through your browser settings. Cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the operation, security, and integrity of the website, including error monitoring and the detection and evidencing of fraud and misuse, do not require consent and cannot be switched off.
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand visitor behaviour and optimise our services. Google Analytics collects device and usage information, such as the pages you visit and approximate location derived from your IP address, which is not logged or stored in full. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and, where the cookie consent banner is shown, by declining analytics cookies.
Analytics, Advertising, and Monitoring Technologies
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We also use: Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion measurement to manage our tags and measure the effectiveness of our advertising; PostHog for product analytics, to understand how our search and booking flows are used; Intercom to provide customer support chat and manage support communications; Ahrefs Analytics for aggregate website analytics; and Sentry for error monitoring and session diagnostics. Sentry captures technical information about errors and, in some cases, a technical replay of the session in which a problem occurred. We treat error monitoring and diagnostic capture as strictly necessary for the operation, security, and integrity of our platform, including to diagnose faults and to establish what occurred in the event of a dispute about how our systems behaved. Where a cookie consent banner is shown, non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are loaded only after you consent.
Artificial Intelligence
We use artificial intelligence tools to help us operate our services, including assisting our fraud and risk reviews and helping our support team prepare responses to your enquiries. AI-assisted outputs that could significantly affect you are subject to human review as described in the Fraud Prevention and Automated Screening section. Our AI service providers process personal data as our processors under contractual safeguards, and your personal data is not used to train third-party AI models.
Calls and Communications
We may monitor and record calls, chats, and other communications with you for quality control, training, security, fraud prevention, evidencing transactions and disputes, and compliance purposes. Where a call is recorded, you will be informed at the start of the call; if you do not wish to be recorded, you may end the call and contact us in writing instead.
Third-Party Data Sharing
We may share your data with third-party suppliers who assist in operating our business and improving your customer experience. We ensure that these third parties comply with applicable data protection laws and have entered into Data Processing Agreements with us to safeguard your data.
Business Transfers
If laters.com or Fly Fairly Pte. Ltd. is involved in a merger, acquisition, investment, corporate restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or, in the unlikely event, insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, your personal data may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser's advisers and may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any acquirer may only use your personal data for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy. A privacy choice or opt-out you have exercised does not prevent the transfer of personal data in connection with such a transaction.
International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws. When we transfer your data internationally, we use legally-provided mechanisms to safeguard data transfers, such as entering into Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or ensuring the recipient is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
When you make a booking, we share the personal data necessary to complete it with the operating airline(s), our ticketing suppliers and global distribution systems, and, where you purchase ancillary products, the relevant product providers (such as Protect Group's Refund Protect). These parties process your personal data as independent data controllers for their own purposes and under their own privacy policies, and laters.com is not responsible for their processing. Our payment service providers may also process your personal data as independent data controllers under their own privacy notices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the airline you are travelling with.
Marketing and Communication
Laters.com may send you marketing communications, including special offers, ticket sales, airline news, and promotional material from our partners. If you prefer not to receive such communications, you can opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email. For more information, please view our Terms of Service.
Your Rights and Access to Information
Depending on your location, and to the extent granted to you under applicable law, you have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:
  • Right of Access: Obtain confirmation about whether your data is being processed and access your personal data.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request deletion of your personal data under certain conditions.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: Request limitation of data processing under certain circumstances.
  • Right to Data Portability: Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format and transmit it to another controller.
  • Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint: File a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@laters.com or via our contact page. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, which may include asking you to confirm booking details or to respond from the email address associated with your booking. Where applicable law permits an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require proof of the agent's authorisation and verification of your identity. These rights are not absolute, and we may decline a request in whole or in part where an exemption applies, including where retention is necessary for fraud prevention, the establishment or defence of legal claims, or compliance with legal obligations. We will respond within the time frame required by applicable law.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, firewalls, and access controls. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to inherent risks associated with internet communications.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The retention period may vary depending on the type of data and legal requirements.
Where personal data is deleted from our active systems, residual copies may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course of our backup cycles. We may also retain limited information where necessary for fraud prevention (including an internal fraud prevention list), the establishment or defence of legal claims, and compliance with legal obligations, as also described in our Terms and Conditions.

Aggregated and De-identified Data
We may create aggregated, anonymised, or de-identified data from personal data and use and disclose it for any lawful business purpose, including analytics, reporting, and service improvement, where it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you. We maintain de-identified data in de-identified form and do not attempt to re-identify it, except as permitted by law to test the effectiveness of our de-identification.
Additional Information for United States Residents
This section applies to residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.
Categories of personal information we collect and disclose for business purposes: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address); customer records (booking and limited payment details); commercial information (bookings and transactions); internet or other network activity (usage and device data); approximate geolocation (derived from IP address); audio (recorded calls); and inferences (fraud risk assessments). The sources of this information and the purposes for which we use it are described earlier in this policy.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do disclose identifiers and internet activity data to advertising partners through cookies and similar technologies to measure and improve our advertising, which may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. You can opt out of such sharing at any time by emailing privacy@laters.com, or automatically by using a browser or extension that sends the Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor as a valid opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising. Other than legally recognised opt-out preference signals, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser settings. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the services you request and for security and compliance purposes, and not for purposes that require a right to limit under applicable law.
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Submit requests to privacy@laters.com. We will verify your identity as described in the Your Rights and Access to Information section, and an authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation. If we decline your request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing privacy@laters.com with the subject line "Appeal". We will respond to appeals within the time required by your state's law (generally 45 days), and if your appeal is unsuccessful you may contact your state Attorney General.
